Degrees of hope from Y (economy) to J (business):

Grade I
Hope they lost your bags

Grade II
Hope you get delayed in security because you forgot to put in your cargo bags the new kitchen knife that you bought

Grade III
Hope the business lounge is crowded with a flow of crying infant

Grade IV
Hope that during boarding someone might run you on your feet with a very heavy trolley

Grade V
Hope your seat electrical options and VOD are broken

Grade VI
Hope your cargo bags are all wet and smashed

Grade VII
Hopes that you might be considered to be a suspicious tourist and get seriously delayed by security staff

Grade VIII
Hope that a trolley full of bags accidentally crash you while you wait for your car

But fortunately J will be J and Y will be cattle.
